Returns Policy
All products which need to be returned to Galleon Systems
should have a goods return number (RMA) issued, which must be clearly
displayed on the outside of the box, details of the problem and return address
should be included inside the box.
All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Any damage caused during shipment back to Galleon is the
sender’s responsibility. A charge will be incurred for
the cost of returning the items plus an additional charge if
the unit is not returned in its original packaging.
